Manufacturing of Pipelines of a Complex Configuration
Aviadvigatel OJSC executes orders for manufacturing of pipelines of various systems like air, gas, oil, fuel and oxygen systems both for aero-engines and industrial gas turbines and for general-purpose pipelines for example fire pipelines, etc.
Pipelines of a complex spatial configuration with pipe branches, bends (diameter up to 350 mm) or made of bent pipe (diameter up to 63 mm) are manufactured on modern 60 CNC E pipe bending machines of the Lang company (Germany), on TGSP-25U and TGSP-40A machines (Savelovo, Russia) as well as on other high-technology equipment.
Manufacturing of pipelines is based on electronic drawings or the three-dimensional models constructed in Unigraphics (NX4 version), or paper-made drawings.
Pipe materials: stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel.
Pipeline end reinforcement can be of any construction: various nipples, connections, flanges, etc. and of any material that secures joining with pipe by welding or brazing.
Small diameter pipelines can be manufactured with taper-beaded ends (74 degrees).
The quality of welded and brazed joints is controlled by nondestructive test methods like TsM15 capillary and X-ray methods.
The accuracy of pipeline manufacturing is controlled with the help of modern measuring machines and universal assemblage devices.
